VEDRANA PECOTIC

Vedrana joined the practice in 2019, bringing an international perspective and design rigour that have been central to our development. Her work on the Sydney Street apartments, The Pōneke Company's first offshore modular project, has been instrumental in establishing us as leaders in this space.

 

With experience in Croatia, Auckland, and Wellington, Vedrana has worked on everything from residential and cultural buildings to urban planning and interiors. She’s known for her meticulous attention to detail, especially when it comes to building consent documentation and ensuring full compliance with the New Zealand Building Code. Her ability to create visualisations that bring projects to life has made her an invaluable part of the team.

 

Vedrana’s talent for design extends beyond the office—she’s participated in (and sometimes won) architectural competitions and taken on freelance projects that showcase her knack for concept development and creative problem-solving.

 

In her downtime, Vedrana dabbles in illustration, loves comic books, and explores Wellington’s mountain bike trails. She’s also into running, hitting the gym, and finding inspiration in new and unexpected places.
