DAWID WOJASZ

Dawid has been a key part of the team since 2017, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience and a knack for blending creative flair with technical precision.

 

With a Master of Architecture (Prof) from Victoria University of Wellington, he’s been instrumental in shaping our modular expertise, including leading projects like Otto, 52 Sar Street, and Featherston Social Housing.  This experience is vital within The Pōneke Company with its focus on modular architecture.

 

His deep knowledge of the NZ Building Code and his collaborative work with councils have been vital in creating our ‘Compliance Pathway for Modular Components,’ ensuring offshore-manufactured units meet local standards. But Dawid’s skills go beyond modular builds—he’s delivered standout multi-unit and traditionally built developments that feature across our portfolio.

 

A natural leader, Dawid has helped foster a team culture that thrives on innovation and attention to detail. His versatility across architectural styles and typologies keeps us sharp, while his thoughtful, solutions-driven approach makes him invaluable to every project.

 

Outside of work, Dawid’s interests span geopolitics, history, beer, music, film, and dark humour. With such a wide-ranging curiosity, he brings a well-rounded perspective to both his design work and everyday life.
